“I would like to thank all the trustees, both past and present, as well as Tatenda for the professional and dedicated manner in which the Body Corporate has been managed. It is always healthy in an corporate environment to see issues being challenged and debated in a constructive manner and I believe this has always been achieved amongst the trustees and the agents.

The BC is in an excellent financial position and I have no doubt this situation will persist under the current management.
