I joined ALPC in January 2025 and currently serve as a Portfolio Manager in the sectional title industry.
I transitioned into this role after working as a Maintenance Administrator, where I gained hands-on experience managing repairs, coordinating contractors, and supporting scheme operations. That background gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills I now use daily to support trustees, owners, and service providers.
I’m known for being friendly, approachable, and solution focused, and I genuinely care about making sectional title living smoother and more collaborative for everyone involved. I take pride in building positive relationships and always aim to leave people feeling supported and confident in the process.

I joined Annette Laing Property Consultants in January 2015, starting at the front desk as a Receptionist.
Over the years, I’ve grown within the company and currently serve as a Maintenance Administrator.
My role involves coordinating property maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors and Trustees, and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
I take pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining smooth operations within the property management team.

I joined ALPC in August 2024 as a Sectional Title Maintenance Administrator. The role is both challenging and rewarding, especially when we’re able to deliver results that leave Owners and Trustees satisfied.
At ALPC, we believe in a strong team-based approach, and as Maintenance Administrators, we work closely with our Portfolio Managers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
