COVID – 19- NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS                                         18 March 2020

Dear Clients

Managing the COVID-19 outbreak is of great importance to everyone.

As per President Cyril Ramaposa’s declaration of the situation as a national disaster, we believe all should be taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.

Annette Laing Property Consultants have aligned ourselves to the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and Western Cape Department of Health.

In view of the situation, we are recommending that all physical meetings of Trustees and Owners for Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Trustee Meetings are postponed.

Regarding contact with clients visiting our office, we request this is kept to a minimum, and that you rather send an email or call our office landline for assistance.

Our properties FOR SALE and RENTAL are advertised on our website www.annettelaing.co.za and we will make necessary arrangements for viewings, taking precautions during the consultation with clients.

Whilst remaining attentive to our clients, we will at the same time take our health and the health of others into consideration.
