“After extricating from our previous Managing Agent in 2019, due to poor / no service delivery as well as finding out the complex was R 70 000 in arrears with the Water Department without notifying the Trustees, Annette Laing and her team were appointed.

This team took on the mammoth task of addressing the challenges that were plaguing the complex and have done an absolutely phenomenal job of supporting the Trustees in regaining control of the complex finances (Creditors and Debtors in arrears), saving for future maintenance, as well as all other administrative tasks, culminating in this 2022 AGM.
